These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bd10 platform and its users. By browsing the bd10 website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1 General Terms

bd10 is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. All services offered on the platform — sports betting, casino games, slots, fishing games, and other gaming activities — are governed by these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the bd10 website, mobile site, and all associated services.
• "User" refers to any individual registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal gaming account.

1.2 Scope of Services

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and use the services on bd10. If an account belonging to a person under 21 is found, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited. bd10 strictly enforces the policy of "For users aged 21 and above only".

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person, members of the same household, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided when creating an account — name, address, mobile number, and other identity-related details — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in the account being immediately suspended or closed.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, contact the bd10 support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bd10 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). This same minimum applies across all accepted payment methods. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (via notable Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.).

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount on bd10 is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The payment method requested for withdrawal must be consistent with the method used for the deposit.

3.3 Verification Process

Before processing a withdrawal, bd10 may request identity verification (KYC). This process may require you to provide a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. This information will be stored securely.

3.4 Transaction Cancellation

A pending withdrawal request may be cancelled within a specific timeframe. However, once processing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. Contact the support team for any transaction disputes.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bd10 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Deposit ৳10,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied to the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Other Promotions

Other promotions, including VIP cashback, may have their own terms. The terms of each offer will apply separately and will be stated on the relevant page.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, betting with bots, or obtaining bonuses through any other fraudulent means — is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are considered final once approved by the bd10 system. If a bet is not accepted due to a system error or technical issue, the relevant funds will be returned.

5.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, results will be determined based on officially announced outcomes. In the event of any dispute, bd10's decision shall be considered final.

5.3 Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled in its entirety, the funds for the associated bets will be returned. For partially completed events, bd10's existing rules will apply.

5.4 System Errors

If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a software or hardware error, bd10 reserves the right to void the relevant bet. In such cases, the user's deposited funds will be returned.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd10:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Creating an account using a false identity or information
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Selling or transferring an account to a third party
• Using fraudulent payment methods
• Exploiting any vulnerability or error in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other users for collusion betting
• Conducting transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds

7 Privacy & Security

7.1 Data Protection

If any suspicious or unusual activity is detected, bd10 may temporarily suspend the relevant account and conduct an investigation. The account balance will be preserved during the investigation period.

8 Responsible Gaming

Users may request to set deposit limits on their account, apply a temporary suspension, or permanently close it if needed. These features can be activated through the support team.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 bd10's Rights

bd10 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms are violated
• If fraudulent activity is suspected
• If a user does not cooperate with the verification process
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period
• If required for legal or regulatory reasons

9.2 User Rights

A user may request the closure of their own account at any time. Any existing real balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, if bonus requirements have not been met, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

bd10 bears no liability for the following:

• Interruption to a gaming session due to loss of internet connection
• Transaction delays caused by third-party technical failures
• Loss caused by issues with the user's own device or software
• Financial loss resulting from the user's own negligence or intentional error

bd10's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the total amount of the user's relevant transaction.

11 Changes to Terms

bd10 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the updated Terms come into effect will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant changes, bd10 will endeavour to notify users via their registered email or message. However, it is the user's own responsibility to review the Terms regularly.
